Brooks Powell was selected, following a nationwide search, as the Executive Director of Bella Vida, the newest Forefront Living senior community, located in San Antonio, Texas. As its inaugural leader, Brook will be stewarding Bella Vida to a beautiful beginning.
Maliha Imami, Chief Development Officer | The SAFE Alliance
Ms. Maliha K. Imami was selected by The SAFE Alliance as its new Chief Development Officer. Having previously served as SAMMinistries’ Chief Development and External Relations Officer in San Antonio, Texas, Maliha brings to SAFE more than a decade of fundraising leadership experience in organizations serving the chronically homeless and dedicated to child safety and welfare.
Mr. Kim Davis, President | The Carl B. & Florence E. King Foundation
Kim Davis brings more than 30 years of nonprofit experience in education, youth services, and foundation work in his new role as President of the King Foundation. For the past nine years, he has been with the Walton Family Foundation, where he most recently served as Senior Advisor and Delta Region Lead, focusing on the Mississippi Delta regions of Arkansas and Mississippi – areas closely aligned with the King Foundation’s mission.
Wesley R. Seaton, Chief Operations Officer | Village Tech Schools
Wes Seaton was appointed Chief Operations Officer for Village Tech Schools, a public charter school district based in Duncanville, Texas. With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit operations, Wes has successfully led numerous growth and sustainability initiatives within educational settings. Previously, he served as President of Operations for KIPP St. Louis Public Schools. Wes is dedicated to combining innovation with community-focused education to drive meaningful impact.
Daniel Perry, Chief Development Officer | LBJ Foundation
Dan Perry joins the LBJ Foundation as Chief Development Officer after serving as Associate Vice President, University Advancement, at Texas State University, where he spent the past 10 years. Prior to that, Dan was Chief of Strategic Initiatives at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund in the San Francisco Bay Area. Dan holds a BA in sociology from the University of California, Davis, an MA in international relations from the University of Denver, and a PhD in education from Texas State University.
Neetra Walker, Senior Prospect Research Officer | Children’s Medical Center Foundation
Ms. Walker returns to Children’s after nearly eight years at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW), where she played a key role supporting the institution’s $500 million campaign through research and strategy. Before UTSW, Ms. Walker launched her prospect research career at Children’s and is excited to come full circle as the next stage of her career.
