The Church of the Incarnation

The Executive Director of Finance is responsible for managing the financial operations of Incarnation and ensuring its financial health and sustainability. This role will oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, investments, audit activities, and compliance requirements. This individual will work closely with the Rector, the Treasurer, the Finance Committee, and the Vestry to develop and implement financial strategies that support the Incarnation’s mission and goals.

This role’s responsibilities include overseeing cash flow planning, preparing, and reviewing budgets, and tracking operational metrics (KPIs.) To be successful in this role, this individual should have a creative and growth-oriented mindset, in-depth knowledge of risk management methods, and the ability to create forecasting models.

Ultimately, the Executive Director of Finance will ensure that Incarnation manages its resources most effectively.
