Welcome Dianne Puls

Peña Search is thrilled to welcome Dianne Puls to the company. Dianne joins the team as a search director.

A graduate of Cornell University, Dianne’s early career was spent as a human resources professional in recruiting and management development with American Hospital Supply Corporation and ARCO Oil and Gas. She began her search career with Spencer Stuart and later worked with a boutique health care search firm before joining Brigham Hill Consultancy in 2008. With Brigham Hill for 13 years prior to Peña Search, she led or participated in over 45 independent school searches, including head of school, chief financial officer, and chief development officer assignments, as well as similar leadership positions for other non-profit organizations.  Additionally, she has served on the board of Heartlight Ministries, a boarding school for struggling teens in Longview, Texas.

Outside of work, Dianne owns a dog and two cats and is an avid reader. She enjoys vacationing in Wisconsin and Colorado and spending time with her family and friends.
