Executive Director of Stewardship

As the leader of the Advancement team, this individual’s key responsibilities include designing and managing annual and planned giving campaigns, analyzing data to inform strategies to elevate year-round giving, evaluating the effectiveness of such efforts, and supervising relevant support staff and volunteers. In addition, this individual will work closely with the marketing and communications staff as they relate to development efforts to produce supporting communication, marketing, and recognition materials and will also work with The Incarnation Foundation as needed.

Ultimately, the Executive Director of Stewardship will lead Incarnation’s giving campaigns with the future goal of realizing Incarnation’s full giving potential allowing for a more predictable and robust operating budget.
