Amanda Rachelle is a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for operations management. As the Director of Operations for Pena Search, she is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients and candidates. With over 15 years of experience in operations, Amanda has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with managing a successful firm.
When she isn’t focused on providing outstanding customer service and team support, Amanda is an active community and public school volunteer, having served on two Dallas ISD PTA boards, the advisory board of the City of Dallas’ Martin Luther King, Jr. Center, the executive board of Heritage Oak Cliff, and the executive board of Southern Dallas Progress Community Development Corporation. She also enjoys live music, thrift shopping, and traveling with her family.
