Brooke Fedro | Director of Strategic Initiatives, Phillips Foundation

Brooke Fedro brings fifteen years of creative strategy experience to the Phillips Foundation. Her previous experience as a philanthropy and marketing executive focused on the intersection of innovation in social impact, entertainment and brands.


Gilbert Montez | President & Chief Executive Officer, Christian Community Action

Gilbert Montez joins Christian Community Action after nearly seven years with Buckner International, where he served as Director of Church Relations after three years as chief of staff to the President & CEO. Mr. Montez’s prior experience includes directing communications and pastoring at The Village Church during a time of significant growth, following more than 15 years of success in corporate communications across Texas.


Holly Wallace | Executive Director, Catch Up & Read

Holly Wallace taught in public education for 15 years in Mesquite ISD before taking on leadership roles in Garland ISD and Dallas ISD for eight years. She most recently served as Principal at E.D. Walker Middle School.


Teresa Foster | Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer, Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA)

Teresa Foster joins RFMA after nine years with Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Dallas, where she served as Executive Director through a time of growth within the organization. Ms. Foster’s career includes two decades of association experience in communications, marketing, and executive management. 


Kristopher Wood | Director of Development for the College of Arts & Sciences, Texas Tech University

During a nine-year tenure at the University of Texas at Arlington, Kristopher Wood held a variety of different development positions within both athletics and academics.  Prior to his roles in higher education fundraising, Mr. Wood served as a NCAA Division I basketball coach and a professor at several community colleges in Texas.
