TREC Community Investors has appointed Dominique Pryor-Anderson, who has over 20 years of experience spanning education, public relations, and real estate, as Senior Director of Community Investment. Most recently, she led a Tennessee-based consulting firm focused on creative capital strategies, affordable housing, and community engagement for real estate developers, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations. Her previous roles include Executive Director of the Tennessee Affordable Housing Coalition and Director of Strategic Partnerships and Engagement at The Housing Fund, where she played a key role in creating Nashville’s first Community Land Trust.
