We meet individually with every candidate we present to our clients to get a feel for the candidate’s personality, goals, and perspective. Candidates should have a well-written résumé, cover letter and excellent references prepared before meeting with a Peña Search consultant.
Our role in the process.
When you become a candidate for a specific position, we will help prepare and guide you through the process. In addition, Peña Search will help negotiate the salary, benefits, and terms as an honest broker. Once a candidate is successfully placed, Peña Search will continue to monitor the placement to help ensure long-term success and fulfillment for both parties.
